Faced with the challenges presented by today's markets, with ever-increasing demands from customers, the Management of SAMARKETING, S.L., understands that quality geared towards satisfying customer expectations is a fundamental element that ensures the company's success, without forgetting that we are in a global environment of which we are also a responsible part, so the aspects of sustainability and environmental conservation are also fundamental in our daily work.
Therefore, the Senior Management of SAMARKETING, S.L. has established as a priority objective the commitment to improving the quality and ensuring the safety of its products, compliance with environmental and occupational risk legislation, so that all the necessary resources are allocated to carry out good management; also taking into account the analysis of the results of the processes as a measure to be able to control continuous improvement.<\/p>

Ensuring the safety of our facilities is of paramount importance to SAMARKETING, S.L. To this end, SAMARKETING, S.L. implements a food safety system based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). Our work must not have any negative impact on our environment.\u00a0<\/span>Therefore, we are committed to complying with all environmental legislation and working towards reducing pollution and contributing to a more sustainable future.<\/span><\/p>

With the purpose of describing the general quality policy and the basic elements to guarantee it systematically, the Quality Management system is established based on the ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001 standards, as well as all the occupational risk legislation, included in the Quality Manual, in the Procedures and documents that develop them, and whose stipulations are mandatory throughout the company.
It is essential that the company's staff, to whom this policy has been communicated, understand where the organization is headed; as well as that they must also commit to the objectives assigned to them.
